Our South Shields Guest House welcomes children of all ages although you'll need to provide your own cot and cot bedding with you when you stay with us (we're sure you understand that this is for health and safety reasons). There is floorspace for a standard sized cot/travel cot in all our double, twin, double with single, and single en suite rooms. In the case of our standard single rooms space is more limited and in this instance we would recommend you call to ask us about booking single adult occupancy of a double bedroom.
Our guest house does not make any extra charge for infants in cots.
Our South Shields Guest House also offers guests the use of a fridge and microwave in our dining room which has proven useful for heating up babies bottles and food when staying with us.
Annie's is a centrally located South Shields bed and breakfast close to Bents Park and Bents Recreation Ground. Bents Park being the main concert venue for the free annual South Tyneside Summer Festival. We offer South Shields B&B accommodation just a few hundred metres from South Marine Park and the adjacent North Marine Park. Both of which include numerous childrens outdoor activity areas.
Our South Shields Guest House is just a few hundred yards from South Marine Park where you can find a boating lake with ducks and swans, a miniature steam railway and childrens climbing/play area. North Marine Park is adjacent to South Marine Park and is just a few minutes walk from our Guest House.

Our family-friendly South Shields Guest House is within close walking distance of North Marine Park where you can find bowling greens, several childrens outdoor activity areas and a putting green.
