Our bed and breakfast offers clean and comfortable accommodation just fifteen minutes from Sir Tom Cowie Campus (formerly St. Peter's campus) on the north side of the river Wear (named after the adjacent St. Peter's Church, Monkwearmouth.) Similarly we are also just fifteen minutes by car and public transport (bus) from the Stadium of Light which has been the venue for the graduation ceremonies since 2004.
Because of our close proximity to the Sir Tom Cowie/St. Peter's Campus and Stadium of Light we are a popular choice of accommodation for prospective students visiting the university for open days; existing students visiting for examinations; visitors for public lectures and other special events and also parents of students who are graduating the University of Sunderland.

The University of Sunderland's City Campus is on the south side of the river wear and is approximately twenty minutes from our bed and breakfast. A map of the route can be seen here:

We serve a full English breakfast every morning (freshly cooked to order from 6.30am) and we have a guest fridge and microwave available in our dining room for quick meals and snacks during your stay. We also offer our guests free WiFi Internet access for your enabled laptop (in-room Ethernet cable (RJ45) connection is also available in all rooms).
