We use digital door locks for the front door and bedroom doors at the guest house. Each reservation receives an access code which is unique to them. This code will open both the front door and your guest bedroom door.

To receive your access code first complete your online guest registration form(s) for each adult in your reservation. (Check your email including spam folder for the link(s)).

Then, on your day of arrival please give us a call on +44 (0) 191 456 6088 before 7pm where we will confirm receipt of your online guest registration form(s) and advise you of your room number and door access code.

Your door code will work from 3pm on your day of arrival until 10:30am on your day of departure. There is no curfew or day time lock out so you can come and go as you please during your stay.

If you have any problems during self check-in please give us a call on +44 (0) 7842 070 700. If calling after 9pm please call using the mobile phone number that you entered on your guest registration form as we only accept calls from current guests after our closing time.
