We use digital door locks for the front door and bedroom doors at the guest house. The following videos show how to use our digital door locks and self check-in.

We will supply you with your own access code which is unique to you. This code will open both the front door and your bedroom door 24/7.

On your day of arrival please telephone us on +44 (0) 191 456 6088 (ideally after 10am when our breakfast service is over) and we can talk you through your self check-in - the location of your accommodation, your room number and door access code.

If you have included Full English Breakfast in your reservation we will book your breakfast table time and ask you about any food allergies and dietary needs that you may have.

We highly recommend telephoning us before departure and not waiting until you arrive to have this telephone conversation on the doorstep.

We receive an average of over 60 incoming telephone calls per day. Waiting until arrival may mean a delay in being able to reach us if we are already taking a telephone call.

Please note that calls from unknown or withheld numbers are not accepted. UK callers can reveal a withheld number using the prefix 1470 before dialing.
