The Bents Park Proper Food and Drink Festival takes place on Saturday 24th, Sunday 25th and Monday 26th May 2025.

The food festival will include 25 street food stalls; an indoor market with 40 independent food producers; live music and kids rides.

The food festival takes place from 11am until 6pm each day and entry is free.

Will Young will headline the second open-air concert at Bents Park in South Shields on Sunday 19th July 2020.

South Tyneside Festival takes place just down the street from our bed and breakfast accommodation at Bents Park, Sea Road, South Shields, NE33 2LD.

Priority access tickets will be available for £6 which allow priority and guaranteed entrance to Bents Park with no need to queue.

Gates open for priority ticket holders at 12 noon, general admission is from 12:30pm.
