American rock band the Foo Fighters have confirmed that they are to play a gig at Sunderland‘s Stadium Of Light on Bank Holiday Monday 25th May 2015.
Tickets for the concert go on sale at 10am on Friday 21st November 2014 and range from £55 to £67.50. Young people aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18 with no unaccompanied youngsters aged 14 or under permitted entry to the venue.

St James’ Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4ST is to host three of the 2015 Rugby World Cup matches… South Africa vs. Scotland at 16:45 on Saturday 3rd October 2015; current Rugby World Cup winners New Zealand vs. Tonga at 20:00 on Friday 9th October 2015 and Samoa vs. Scotland at 14:30 on Saturday 10th October 2015.

The Great North Run 2014 is less than one month away. We sent out reminder emails today to guests who stayed with us last year. If they do not contact us to re-book their rooms in the next seven days we will put them out for sale. So we will know on Friday 15th August if we have any rooms available for this year.
