We are pleased to announce the launch of the new Elite award, recognising food businesses who have consistently achieved the highest rating.
Similar to the successful original Danish scheme, the new award will highlight those food businesses who have achieved three consecutive FHRS-5 ratings on our website.
Businesses achieving this distinction can be proud of their achievement, whilst Consumers can have confidence in that Elite food businesses have a consistent hygiene record.
In the UK 72% achieve 5 stars, but only 12% of these achieve Elite.
