A new drive thru Starbucks coffee shop has opened on Newcastle Road, Simonside, South Shields, NE34 9QE.

The new drive thru Starbucks coffee shop is located on the West-bound side of A194 Newcastle Road adjacent to the Simonside Esso petrol station and the Vic Young garage so it is an ideal spot for drivers to get their coffee fix.

The new Simonside Starbucks opens this Thursday 28th January 2016 at 9am closing at 8pm.

Simonside Starbucks’s normal opening hours will be 6am until 9pm Monday to Friday; 7am until 9pm on Saturdays then 8am until 9pm on Sundays.

If you are travelling from West to East along Newcastle Road after you pass Simonside East Industrial Park you will reach Premier Inn South Shields Port of Tyne and their Taybarns restaurant on Hobson Way then the Jennings Ford car dealership.

The roundabout after the Ford garage connects the A185 Jarrow Road to the A194 Newcastle Road.

If you reach Port of Tyne you have gone too far.

If you are travelling from East to West from South Shields town centre you will pass Port of Tyne on the right then the Esso petrol station just before the Starbucks drive thru.
