Our guest house accommodation in South Shields is just a few minutes drive from Shaftesbury Avenue on the Bede Trading Estate – the location of UK Trades Training.

We have welcomed 100’s of guests who have undertaken courses at the training centre including floor & wall tiling, kitchen fitting, painting and decorating, bricklaying, photography, plumbing, plastering, locksmith and ELC forces resettlement courses.

“Super B&B. Stayed at Annies Guest house for the second time and once again was very happy. Comfortable room with flat screen tv and writing desk (Important as I was on a training course). Breakfast is first class. Hope to return again, some time.”

Our room rates include free wifi and are available as room-only or including Full English Breakfast, available from 7am.

For evening meals UK Trades Training is situated directly opposite a Tesco supermarket so you may like to buy something to bring back to cook in our Self-Catering Facilities.

Alternatively we are about five minutes walk from dozens of pubs, restaurants and take-aways on Ocean Road.

We are happy for guests to bring food into the guest house.
