DFDS Seaways are offering Amsterdam mini cruises departing from Port of Tyne for £79 for two people in a two-berth cabin from 16th April until 26th June 2013.

The cruise itinerary is as follows…

Day one.

Check-in on-board between 3pm and 4:30pm; depart North Shields at 5pm; overnight sailing to Ijmuiden.

Day Two.

Disembark the cruise ship at approximately 9:30am CET; approximate 30 minute coach journey to Amsterdam city centre, departing at 9:45am; five hours free time in Amsterdam city centre; coach journey back to Ijmuiden ferry terminal at around 3pm to 4pm; cruise ship departs Ijmuiden ferry terminal at 5:30pm CET; overnight sailing back to Port of Tyne.

Day three. Arrive back at North Shields at around 9am.
