Tyneside & Northumberland Beer & Cider Festival

The 37th Tyneside & Northumberland beer and cider festival 2013 kicks off today at Northumbria University Students Union at 2 Sandyford Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8SB.

The Tyneside & Northumberland beer and cider festival runs from Wednesday 10th April until Saturday 13th April 2013.

If you are a card-carrying member of CAMRA (Campaign For Real Ale) then you get free entry to the festival and can start sampling the 140 ales, 30 ciders and 10 perries that are on offer from 4pm on Wednesday 10th April.

General admission is from 6pm (until 10:30pm) and costs £3.

On Thursday 11th and Friday 12th the festival runs from 12 noon until 10:30pm and on Saturday 13th April the hours are 12pm until 7pm.
