The Quadrus Centre is a £5 million managed office development championed by TEDCO (Tyneside Economic Development Company).

The Quadrus Centre opened in 2005. Its distinctive architectural design, featuring a pair of linked cedar-clad cubes poised over a reception and cafe area, earned it the overall winner of the Award for New Building by the South Tyneside Good Design Awards Scheme in 2006. The vision for the centre was to provide a state-of-the-art launchpad for new and growing businesses within the borough, acting as a symbol of new enterprise and development.

The Quadrus Centre is owned and managed by South Tyneside Council.
